Classes

 

CrossFit

Our CrossFit classes offer the best hour of your day! The classes are generally devoted to a strength portion prior to a metcon-style workout in the second half of the session. We use our affiliate programming which is based on 10 week blocks to improve in all areas in CrossFit whilst maintaining an enjoyable training environment! Our classes cap out at 15 people to maximise time with the coach while also giving you an awesome training atmosphere.

Weightlifting

The weightlifting classes offer a full hour working on your technique and strength while being coached by one of our qualified coaches. We want to put a huge emphasis on the technical side of weightlifting and expand people’s knowledge around both the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch.

 

Aerobic Endurance

If you’re looking for a quick 45 minute burner without having to put too much thought into technique and scaling options then this is the class for you. In this cardio focussed class we are looking to get the heart rate up and break a sweat without messing round with all the complicated movements. Warm up and cool down all included in the 45 minute time range.
